Our IT Preventative Maintenance program

Several of our clients, especially those who do not have an Information Technology person on-site, find that our IT Preventative Maintenance program makes good business sense. Their systems run smoothly since we catch issues before they ever happen. Problems like Spyware, viruses; malware and SPAM (just to name a few) can disrupt your business, or worse, shut you down. Many times these unwelcome computer nuisances happen without you or your users even suspecting it.

As part of ITPM, Acuity will review your system, virus, spy ware and backup logs for any potential issues. We also will ensure that all network devices are updated with weekly Microsoft patches. In addition some of the components in your server require firmware upgrades that most people are not even aware of.
Our existing ITPM clients typically schedule us on a quarterly basis. ITPM can be completed in a four-hour time block.
