Joe Timmins

Joe is the President of Acuity Consulting Group. He oversees our business and is responsible for business development, overall service quality, and management of our company.  Under his leadership, Acuity has been awarded Exact’s Executive Circle Distinction, (indicating a top 10% business partner performance).

Joe has been involved in the consulting profession since 1991 and has twenty-five years of industry experience. Prior to Acuity, Joe directed the Management Consulting Services division at Sansiveri, Kimball & McNamee.  Joe was also a managing associate with PriceWaterhouseCooper’s Center for Operations Technology. 

Joe is actively involved in the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), where he is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM). He is an approved instructor for certification review courses. Joe also holds various certifications from Exact Software and SAP.

Joe holds a Masters of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Arts from St. Anselm College. Contact Joe »

Laura Nesteriak

Laura is Acuity's Manager of Software Implementation. She has been working in Information Systems since 1986. Laura presently is responsible for all phases of software implementation and management of our implementation team.  This includes introducing software product, creating implementation plans, and completing conversions.

Laura has unique leadership experience in helping clients to a successful implementation.  She manages projects, executes plans, trains users and provides on-going support.  Laura's extensive client work and her commitment to on-going training make her uniquely qualified to solve our client's business problems.

Laura has been pivotal in the growth and development of Acuity's install base, which presently exceeds 100 companies.  Prior to Acuity, Laura was a Manager of Software implementation for Sansiveri, Kimball & McNamee.

Laura has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University, with a major concentration in Computer Information Systems. She holds Exact Macola Accounting, Distribution, Manufacturing Planning, and SQL Certifications, as well as SAP Business One Solution Consultant Certification. Contact Laura »

Cindi Hilbert

Cindi is another experienced Acuity consultant, bringing her extensive accounting and administrative management experience to our clients.  She provides implementation, training, and support with an emphasis on accounting. As a former client of Exact, Cindi relates well to companies that transition to new software.

Prior to joining Acuity, Cindi was Group Vice President of Management Support Services and Director of Accounting for an international child sponsorship agency. She was responsible for managing a 24-member team in the daily operations of A/R, HR, Building Administration, Planned Giving, and the in-house Print Shop.  Cindi was also with Sansiveri, Kimball & McNamee for seven years.

Cindi has completed extensive training and received her Exact certifications in Accounting and Distribution. She is involved in APICS, attended numerous training conferences and has been an instructor for F9 and Microsoft Excel training courses. Contact Cindi »

Joanne Palumbo

Joanne is an experienced consultant, involved with training, support, data conversions, and special projects for our clients. Joanne has in-depth experience with Exact's e-Synergy, Macola Progression, Pervasive, and MS SQL products.  She also is knowledgeable and experienced in network environments.  Joanne has been working with Acuity's install base for nine years.  Prior to Acuity, Joanne was a consultant with Sansiveri, Kimball & McNamee.

Joanne also has in-depth experience in Crystal Reports.  Using Crystal, Joanne has helped clients to attain company specific reports from their Macola data. Joanne provides training in Crystal Report Writer, and also develops reports for clients as needed. Joanne is certified as both an Exact Trainer and as a Seagate Crystal Reports Trainer. Hugh Kenworthy

Hugh is responsible for the management and implementation of client server networks for our install base. Hugh manages projects, including acquisition and procurement of hardware, operating systems and software applications.  Hugh is responsible for installation, configuration, and implementation of networks for our clients.  After installation, he continues to provide on-going support.

Hugh brings 25 years of experience to Acuity. He has worked for major corporations during his career and brings large company experience to a small company venue. Hugh worked for Raytheon, Hoechst Celanese and Clariant corporations. He has managed PC networks, including hardware, operating systems, network administration and end user support for a wide variety of environments. Hugh has proven to work well with both technical and non technical personnel.

Hugh holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from Roger Williams University as well as an AS in computer programming from Bristol Community College. He is an MCSE, a Certified Novell Administrator and has attended a wide variety of training classes, which include Microsoft, Novell, and Lotus Notes products. Contact Hugh »

Llewelynn Fletcher

Llewelynn is responsible for bookkeeping and administration at Acuity, while also providing assistance to the Sales and Marketing team. She has provided bookkeeping, administrative, and HR services for several organizations prior to joining Acuity, including the family-owned business Teevan Restoration, in San Francisco, CA.

Llewelynn currently uses Exact’s Macola Progression and Esynergy products internally at Acuity. When not bookkeeping, Llewelynn is an artist and art-workshop leader: she and her mother take groups of artists to locations around the globe. Contact Llewelynn »

Bob LaCroix

Bob is one of our consultants. Bob is involved in many of our server and networking projects along with software installation, support, and special projects for our clients. Bob has experience with many products we sell and support such as Microsoft SQL Server, Exact’s Macola Progression series, Business Analytics, and Event Manager.

Bob comes to us with over 10 years experience in the IT industry. His background includes IT Management, Network Administration and Technical Consulting. Bob’s skill set complements many of our existing consultants, and allows us to respond to new opportunities in a more timely manner.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology and an Associate of Science degree in Applied Computer Science, both from Johnson & Wales University. He is a Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA), and has attended a wide variety of training classes, which include both technical management and application training in many Exact and Microsoft products.
